Individual 1-on-1 Coaching is my most premium, high-access, entirely-customized program. Whether you live close by or across the globe, we can work together closely to identify what you need to live your most health-usiastic life!

Whether it’s help with improving nutrition habits, exercise programming, or mindset strategies, I’m here to for you every step of the way.

My 1-on-1 clients get the best of me, and that includes unlimited email/text access; customized weekly workout schedules to fit their needs; recipes and other nutrition guidance; and bi-weekly, 45-minute coaching calls.

These programs are completely personalized, so they require an application and 3-month minimum commitment.

In-person Group Fitness!

Come train with me in person! If you’re local to the Riverdale/Kingsbridge area of the Bronx, NY, we can work together in person on your exercise and nutrition-related goals.

I offer private and semi-private training at the Bronx Barbell Club/CrossFit La Caja.

Want to get fit, but can’t seem to motivate yourself to get to the gym on on your own? Not really into the whole group fitness scene?

I can help!

I offer private, one-on-one training and semi-private training at local gyms and in the convenience of your own home* (local residents only, please).

Semi-private training combines the best of 1:1 training and group fitness in a single package! Recruit 1-2 friends to get fit with you, and you all train together!

Each client has his/her own unique program based on their needs and goals, but everyone works out together to cheer one another one and provide built-in accountability.

Plus, the hourly rate is more affordable when split between 2-3 people!

Current rates*

  • Single, 1-hour 1:1 session: $70
  • Single, 1 hour semi-private session: $45/pp
  • 12, 1-hour 1:1 sessions: $675
  • 12, 1-hour semi-private sessions:
    • 2 people: $420/pp
    • 3 people: $320/pp

{I also offer express, 30-minute sessions for those who are short on time, but still want to get great results. Contact me for a quote!}
