Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Is there a contract?

NO. This is a monthly subscription and you can cancel whenever you’d like. Once you cancel you will be immediately removed from the membership site and group.

How does payment work?

All payments are automatic, recurring on a monthly basis or annual basis. The payments are deducted from your account via Paypal.

How do I request a refund if The #StriveToThriveSquad just isn’t for me?

Email me [hilary@hilaryglaus.com]. Monthly memberships are eligible for full refunds up to the seventh (7th) day of the month. Annual membership are eligible for full refunds up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

What do I need to complete the workouts?

The workouts can be done at home or at a gym with two (2) sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light, and two (2) resistance bands, one light and one heavy resistance.

Some months, I will be introducing you to different “tools of the trade,” like kettlebells. You don’t have to do the workouts that use these additional pieces of equipment, but you may consider investing in them to have more options!

Do I need to buy anything else in order to participate?

No. The shopping cart closes after you buy into your level of coaching. I don’t promote any particular supplement or brand of supplement. I may suggest brands of protein powders or bars, but this is entirely optional.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?

NO. I don’t write meal plans or make any specific recommendations to you about how to eat. We will discuss fat loss-friendly foods; how to use foods to achieve a more optimal hormonal balance, etc., but these guidelines are all general. Do I get access to your everyday?

I’ll be in the group, answering questions, providing support and offering feedback and direction every week day. I take a break on weekends, and I encourage you to do the same! Take what you’ve learned throughout the week and practice implementing it!

What results can I expect?

The #StriveToThriveSquad group coaching framework is just that–a framework! You’ll learn the fat loss fundamentals, what it really takes to achieve physique change, and long-term mindset strategies to ensure your continued success.

You can expect to lose body fat; gain some lean muscle; learn how to eat more enjoyably without feeling deprived or overeating; and strategies to maintain your results over the long term.

How is this different from a diet?

Great question! The value of The #StriveToThriveSquad is that it’s not another cookie-cutter program. You will learn basic strategies to succeed in terms of your physique and nutrition goals, but you will learn how to implement these strategies in a way that works for you, specifically.

The coaching and support you receive during the time you’re a member will help you troubleshoot so you can get better, customized results and have the knowledge to make it a lifestyle that’s sustainable and enjoyable.

YES! I provide modifications for all the exercises so you can work from where you are and progress from there!
