Best-Bang-for-Your-Buck, or #BBB, is a free, 7-day exercise challenge designed to kick-start your metabolism and help you achieve rapid results!

Hi, I’m Hilary, your host for the #BBBchallenge!

I know how frustrating it can be to exercise and diet and not see results. We feel like we’re doing everything right, and yet those efforts do not translate into physique changes.

Why? Because we’re not focusing on the right things that really move the dial. We’re not exercising as effectively as we could be, and so we keep going around in circles.

Over the course of the 7 days of #BBB, I’ll be introducing you to the most effective exercise protocols I know of to:

  • ignite your body’s fat-torching potential, and

  • pave the way for building a leaner, stronger, and more toned physique.

Now, don’t get me wrong: these workouts may only take 30 minutes or less, but they’re tough. This challenge is going to require you to dig deep, tap into that grit, and embrace the burn!

But, while a physique is not made overnight (or over 7 days!), you can see results over the short term using the right exercise protocols, and create the momentum you’ll need to continue!

How does the #BBBchallenge work?

The #BBB challenge is an email-based challenge. Each day, you’ll get a new workout delivered straight to your inbox along with a daily theme. Every workout can be done with nothing more than a set of dumbbells and/or your own body weight, and will take 30 minutes or less.

The challenge will take place in my free, closed FB group, The Health-usiastic Life with Hilary!

You’re encouraged to post something related to the daily theme or challenge in general in the group and/or across social media using the hashtag #BBBchallenge and the day.

For example:

“I just finished the #Day3 workout for the #BBBchallenge with @hilaryglaus. Phew! I didn’t think I would finish, but I pushed through because it was only 15 minutes!”

Our group is made up of an extremely motivated, welcoming, and inspiring group of women who are ready to support you as take your exercise game to the next level!
